Internet Download Accelerator - это менеджер загрузок. Поддерживает загрузку файлов по HTTP, HTTPS и FTP протоколам, закачивает файл в несколько потоков (тем самым повышается скорость загрузки), умеет восстанавливать прерванные загрузки, следит за кликами в браузерах Internet Explorer, Nescape, Mozilla, Opera и за буфером обмена. Имеет встроенный планировщик для работы по расписанию, а также систему поиска файлов (музыка, программы, игры и т.д.). Поддерживаются скины; интерфейс - многоязычный.

- Improved interface for adding multiple downloads, when readding a number of downloads they are treated as a group;
- Simplified getting new download link in case the site returned an html page. Automatic link replacement if the link is dragged onto the floating window or copied to the clipboard;
- Added convenient link, path and search queries navigation with Ctrl + -> and Ctrl + <-;
- Added option to get file size in the wait for download state;
- Improved interaction with FTP and HTTP servers;
- Optimized download cache size;
- Optimized Download History clearing algorithm;
- Fixed bug with opening files in external applications without activating the started application;
- Fixed bug with antivirus settings;
